It’s easier than ever to put contracts in writing. What I find interesting is that while we have electronic signature platforms readily accessible and a breeze to use, many agents still want to negotiate verbally. I want my offers in writing! Presenting offers from a distance is easy. With present day technology, it is a rare situation when an agent won’t have access to a laptop, phone or internet. In addition to price, there are many other important details in an offer which may be overlooked or misunderstood if the offer is not written. We are dealing with a major investment and need to make sure all parties are on the same page.
